At Karl-Marx-Straße, 15537 Grünheide (Mark), a modern construction project with a total of four buildings was created between March 2022 and autumn 2023. These include three townhouses as well as a residential and commercial building.

The project comprises 20 residential units and 3 commercial units. On a gross floor area of approximately 2,300 m², approximately 1,500 m² of living space and approximately 250 m² of commercial space are distributed.

With a construction volume of €4,900,000 net, a high-quality combination of residential and commercial space was created that sustainably strengthens the location.
