As a family-owned company, the BBF Group consists of the companies BBF Projekt GmbH and BBF Bau GmbH together. Together and independently, we manage demanding projects and construction projects in the greater Berlin and Brandenburg area.

BBF Projekt GmbH acts as an area and project developer in the greater Berlin-Brandenburg area. Her focus is on holistic support from planning to purchase and implementation of construction projects.
BBF Projekt GmbH is also responsible for the sale and rental of real estate.

BBF Group milestones

The history of the BBF Group is far-reaching. The company was founded back in 2008 and has always been involved in the development of urban development plots and building projects. Over the years, we have been able to develop into one of the most important project developers in Berlin and Brandenburg as a result of various company mergers and successful project completions. With Mr. Jesús Comesaña M. as a shareholder, the BBF Group draws on more than 29 years of experience in the construction and real estate sector. Since 2022, Raúl Comesaña M. has been strengthening the BBF Group and, as managing director, heads the subsidiary BBF Bau GmbH, which includes the areas of civil engineering, building engineering (HLS and electrical) as well as gardening and landscaping.
