The project Börnichen 1 in 15907 Lübben comprises the complete renovation of a multi-family house from the 19th century. As part of the renovation, we have not only carefully restored the historical building with BBF Hochbau, but are also installing a modern ground-source heat pump into the house through BBF Gebäudetechnik to ensure a sustainable and energy-efficient heating solution.

With a living area of approximately 500 m², the renovated building will offer modern residential comfort while preserving the charm and historical substance of the house. The planned completion of the project is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025. This project represents an important step towards environmentally conscious renovation and contributes to the enhancement of the region.
