At Lärchengrund, 15526 Bad Saarow, two modern multi-family houses were built as part of the 4th construction phase.
The buildings offer a total living area of 1,593 m², distributed across 24 residential units.

In addition, 24 parking spaces are available, providing residents with comfortable parking.
Construction was carried out between July 2020 and June 2022. The project was realized with a construction volume of €3,600,000 net and contributes to sustainable residential development in the region.
