The new construction project at Schäferstege 4a in Berlin-Pankow has already been successfully completed. On the property in green Blankenburg, a modern residential and commercial building was erected, which comprises a total gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 2,100 m². Of this, approximately 790 m² are living space and approximately 300 m² are commercial space. An underground garage with an area of approximately 680 m² provides sufficient parking spaces. The building offers a total of six residential units and one commercial unit on the ground floor, which enables optimal use of the space for a wide variety of needs.

The project was realized between November 2022 and December 2024 and implemented with a construction volume of €5,800,000 (net). The modern building harmoniously integrates into the surroundings of Pankow and offers both attractive living space and commercial usage possibilities that meet the needs of modern urban society. 

Since the beginning of 2025, the day care center of PIA GmbH has opened its location on the ground floor of the building.
