At Grünberger Straße, 10243 Berlin-Friedrichshain, an existing residential and commercial building was comprehensively renovated and expanded with an attic conversion.

The project comprises a living area of around 3,000 m² with a total of 33 residential units as well as a commercial unit on the ground floor.

Construction was carried out between 2019 and 2021. With a construction volume of €3,000,000 net, the building was sustainably modernized and attractive residential and commercial space was created in the heart of Friedrichshain.
