Get in touchIm naturnahen Borkwalde realisiert die BBF Projekt GmbH zwei Wohnhäuser auf einem Grundstück von rund 960 m². Die Gebäude werden wahlweise in Holz- oder Massivbauweise errichtet und bieten jeweils eine Wohnfläche von ca. 240 bis 290 m², die individuellen Gestaltungsspielraum für die künftigen Bewohner lässt.
Photovoltaikanlage und Wärmepumpe sorgen für eine nachhaltige und energieeffiziente Versorgung im Einklang mit der umgebenden Natur.
Die Fertigstellung ist für 2028 vorgesehen.
