Get in touchIm Rahmen der Quartiersentwicklung „Zeuthener Winkel" realisiert die BBF Projekt GmbH mehrere Stadthäuser in Massivbauweise. Mit je 5 bis 6 Wohneinheiten pro Haus entstehen attraktive 1- bis 4-Raumwohnungen auf jeweils rund 360 m² Wohnfläche, die unterschiedlichen Wohnbedürfnissen gerecht werden.
Die Gebäude werden mit einem begrünten Gründach sowie einer Photovoltaikanlage ausgestattet und an das Nahwärmenetz angebunden. Teilweise ist zudem ein Aufzug vorgesehen, der eine komfortable und barrierefreie Nutzung ermöglicht.
Die Fertigstellung ist für 2028 vorgesehen.
