About the project
Get in touchIn Oberkrämer, at Bahnweg 5 in 16727, a state-of-the-art driving safety center for ADAC is being built until 2026, which will play a central role in driver training and safety. The project is located in the middle of the Oberkrämer business park, directly on the A10.
The new construction project comprises a total of 3 multifunctional modules for training with motorcycles, passenger cars, and light commercial vehicles. In addition, a circular track, a traffic training area for novice drivers, charging stations for electric vehicles, as well as a two-story training and administration building with a test hall are being built.
The total usable area of the project is approximately 1,050 m². Our services include, in addition to the already completed civil engineering work by BBF Tiefbau GmbH, also the structural engineering work and technical installations for the training and administration building as well as the hall by BBF Gebäudetechnik GmbH. This includes soil improvement, foundation lines and foundation work in civil engineering, reinforced concrete and steel construction work in structural work, as well as drywall, interior plaster, and interior doors in interior finishing. In addition, electrical installations as well as heating, ventilation, and sanitation (HLS) are being implemented.
The driving safety center will not only offer modern training opportunities but also serve as an innovative location for practical driver training.
