Get in touchIn Grünheide hat die BBF Projekt GmbH auf einem Grundstück von rund 4.457 m² ein städtebaulich vielseitiges Ensemble aus drei Stadthäusern und einem Wohn- und Geschäftshaus in Massivbauweise realisiert. Das Projekt verbindet Wohnen und Gewerbe in einer der gefragtesten Gemeinden im Berliner Umland.
Insgesamt entstanden 20 Wohneinheiten auf rund 1.389 m² Wohnfläche sowie 3 Gewerbeeinheiten auf ca. 228 m² Gewerbefläche. Eine Wärmepumpe sorgt für eine energieeffiziente Versorgung des gesamten Ensembles.
Das Projekt wurde im Dezember 2023 fertiggestellt.
