At the location Alte Poststraße 1A / Goethestraße 25C in 15738 Zeuthen, an existing residential and commercial building is being comprehensively renovated. As part of the project, both facade work and the remodeling of a commercial unit are being carried out to sustainably increase the functionality and attractiveness of the building. The building offers a usable area of around 1,790 m², divided into 12 residential units and 7 commercial units. The planned construction volume is €220,000 (net). The aim of the measure is to combine modern living with attractive commercial spaces and thus enhance the location in the long term.
