The new construction project "Zeuthener Winkel Mitte" in Zeuthen, at Hannah-Hösch-Ring, comprises comprehensive development and civil engineering work for a large-scale area with residential, mixed, and public use. With BBF Tiefbau GmbH, we have taken on the complete development and civil engineering work for the approximately 15-hectare area, of which approximately 7 hectares are designated as building land. Building plots for single-family and duplex houses as well as areas for multi-story residential construction are being created here.

Notable is the development of a forward-looking, fossil-free district heating network that is being designed for the quarter and enables sustainable and efficient operation. This district heating network contributes significantly to environmentally conscious and resource-efficient energy use.

With this project, we are making an important contribution to the regional development of Zeuthen and creating the foundation for modern, environmentally conscious living that meets both the needs of residents and the requirements of sustainable urban development.
