A milestone – the Schäferstege topping-out ceremony

After many months of intensive construction, we have reached a decisive st ep in this project. The roof truss has been completed and so it was time for the traditional topping-out ceremony. We are particularly pleased about this, as the building in Schäferstege will not just be a residential building, but a multifunctional property that cleverly combines apartments and commercial space.
The topping-out ceremony marks a significant stage, our builders have done a great job and we are grateful for every helping hand that has contributed.
To celebrate this appropriately, all those involved and invited guests gathered on site in Berlin-Pankow last week to toast together.
After the topping-out speech was spoken and the topping-out crown, which was a decorated Christmas tree in keeping with the season, was presented, it was time to move on to the more informal part.
A food truck provided all guests on site with delicious food and hot and cold drinks. We ended the afternoon together with exciting conversations and a mug or two of mulled wine.
