Building blocks for the future: our visit to the Kick and Work trade fair

As the BBF Group, we were represented with a booth to inspire young people for an exciting apprenticeship in the construction industry. Our stand was the point of contact for many interested visitors who wanted to find out more about the exciting opportunities in the construction industry. From detailed insights into building construction to the versatility of civil engineering and the green world of landscaping, we had the opportunity to share our passion for the construction professions.

Regardless of whether the visitors already had a clear idea of their career path or were still in the orientation phase – we were able to hold individual discussions and point out the diverse training opportunities in our industry. Electrical engineering, for example, impressed with innovative projects, while plant mechanics stood for exciting tasks in the field of building services engineering.
The trade fair not only offered the opportunity to meet potential trainees, but also to make valuable contacts with other companies and organizations. The exchange of ideas and experiences strengthened the bond within the construction industry and opened up new opportunities for future cooperation.
Our visit to the Kick & Work trade fair was a complete success. The young people’s interest in the construction industry was palpable and we look forward to hopefully accompanying some of them on their training path. The fair not only provided a platform for information, but also for inspiration and encounters that will positively shape the future of our industry.
