The Expo Real Trade Fair 2023

Our journey from Berlin to Munich the day before the fair went smoothly, but there was not much time to rest. Even before the official start of Expo Real, we were invited to a special event: Lampe Bank’s Oktoberfest. In a relaxed atmosphere with pretzels and beer, we exchanged ideas with other industry colleagues, enjoyed the Bavarian hospitality and got in the mood for the upcoming trade fair. This opportunity not only gave us the chance to make contacts, but also to experience Bavarian culture up close.
But the real highlight, the visit to the Expo Real trade fair, was still waiting for us. Therefore, we started early the next morning to the fairgrounds, where a diverse program, ranging from innovative approaches, to exciting lectures, was waiting for us. Our time at the fair gave us the chance to explore the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry. The numerous impressions and ideas we were able to gather will certainly have a positive influence on us and open up new perspectives.
But as they say, after the fair is before the party! Directly after the last day of the fair, we were allowed to attend the exclusive Immoscout party to celebrate their 25th anniversary. Here we again had the opportunity to toast with our colleagues from the real estate industry and enjoy the live music. This event was the perfect end to our stay in Munich and a nice and personal way to expand our network.

Our trip to the Expo Real trade fair in Munich was undoubtedly a success and provided us with plenty of inspiration and new knowledge. We always strive to stay on top of the latest developments in the real estate industry, and this experience helped us do just that. Now we look forward to applying our insights and ideas to future work and continuing our involvement in the real estate industry.
