Location

The new construction project is located on the edge of the newly created settlement "Am Lärchengrund", approximately 2 km from the center of Bad Saarow. The most important shops for daily needs are also located in the center. It is only a few minutes walk to the relaxing Scharmützelsee. In addition to many opportunities for sports activities, the municipality is particularly convincing through its thermal baths, which are also reachable on foot.

Not to be forgotten is, of course, the Helios Clinic, which is only approximately 500 m away and has its own train station.

The special location of the project to the clinic in Bad Saarow, which is one of the largest employers in the area, and to the natural space, offers an incentive for people of any life situation. Furthermore, Bad Saarow is increasingly attracting permanent vacation seekers.
