Successful Takeover of JoMi Gartenbau GmbH

We are pleased to announce that the BBF Group officially took over JoMi Gartenbau GmbH last Friday!

With the takeover of the Berlin-based GaLaBau company, which looks back on more than 20 years of professional experience, we are further expanding our portfolio in the construction sector and strengthening our position as a general contractor in Berlin and Brandenburg.

Sebastian Johannigmann – former Managing Director of JoMi Gartenbau GmbH – will embark on a world trip after the successful sale of the company to gather new impressions and gain fresh perspectives. After his return in 2026, he will support the BBF Group in a management function and actively help shape the GaLaBau division.

The integration of JoMi Gartenbau GmbH is another step on our path to establishing the BBF Group as a regionally leading general contractor. With the company takeover, we have, among other things, expanded our know-how in the field of irrigation technology and can now offer winter services as an additional service.

We look forward to new possibilities and an exciting future that lies ahead of us!
