A Strong Signal in Turbulent Times - The BBF Group Continues to Grow

We are pleased to announce that BBF Bau GmbH has taken over K&R Baugesellschaft mbH as of 01.05.2025 and successfully integrated it into the corporate group. The takeover was made from insolvency and is a conscious signal for entrepreneurial responsibility and future shaping.

With the takeover of approximately 80 employees, the civil engineering division of the BBF Group is growing significantly. "Through the integration, we are not only further expanding our technical expertise but also securing valuable know-how and jobs.", says Raúl Comesaña Macias – Managing Director of BBF Bau GmbH.

The takeover of K&R Baugesellschaft mbH already represents the second successful company integration into the BBF Group this year. Already in February, the garden and landscape construction business division was expanded through the integration of JoMi Gartenbau GmbH. With the targeted takeover of regional companies in the construction industry, the BBF Group pursues a clear strategy: the strengthening and sustainable development of the Mittelstand in Berlin and Brandenburg.

Our special thanks go to the Ministry of Economic Affairs of the State of Brandenburg, the district of Dahme-Spreewald, as well as the President of IHK Cottbus, who have accompanied and supported the takeover process.
