For a Strong, Independent Future of the Region

Representatives from politics, business, science, and administration exchanged views yesterday in Schönefeld at the "SO25 – Economic and Location Congress Brandenburg-SOUTHEAST-Berlin" on challenges, opportunities, and the potential of the districts of Dahme-Spreewald, Oder-Spree, and Teltow-Fläming. Topics such as skilled worker security, infrastructure development, innovation, and real estate projects were discussed in particular.

As representatives of the real estate and construction industry, among others, the managing directors of the BBF Group Jesús Comesaña Macias and Raúl Comesaña Macias were on-site and shared their expertise in a total of three expert panels on the following topics:

The exchange with the actors present on and off stage once again made it clear: Regional strength emerges when business, politics, and research work together in partnership, utilize synergies, and thus drive growth, innovation, and quality of life in Brandenburg-Southeast. Only through open exchange and joint solutions can the region's potential be fully exploited.

A heartfelt thank you goes to IMMOCOM for the excellent organization as well as to all speakers, moderators, and guests for the inspiring conversations. The congress impressively demonstrated the (supra-)regional significance that Brandenburg-Southeast possesses – a development that we as project developers and construction companies have been actively shaping for over 30 years.
