Opening of Our New Construction Project in Schäferstege – A Forward-Looking Residential Project for Seniors

As part of a festive event with invited guests as well as project participants, we celebrated the completion of our new construction project at Schäferstege 4a in 13129 Pankow last Friday after two years of construction. In addition to a champagne reception, an inspiring opening speech, and a delicious buffet, the duo "Pippo & Miller" provided musical entertainment that perfectly rounded off the afternoon.

With a floor area of approximately 2,100 m², we have realized a modern residential and commercial building in Pankow, including an underground garage with 19 parking spaces, which is tailored to the needs of seniors. On a total of three floors, 19 age-appropriate residential units have been created, which offer the highest living comfort with underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows, and barrier-free design.
An elevator enables residents flexible movement within the building. Generous common areas on all floors promote social exchange and enrich living together. The residential offer is complemented by the day care center of PIA Pflege Berlin GmbH located on the ground floor.

The new construction project in Schäferstege is a prime example of the best possible use of synergies within the BBF Group. From planning through construction and installation of the photovoltaic system by Phoxi Energy GmbH to renting out the residential units – all steps of the value chain are covered in-house. The result: a well-thought-out and future-proof project with real added value.
