Future Project in Berlin-Weißensee: New Installation of an Allotment Garden

At Hansastraße in Berlin-Weißensee, between Piesporter Straße and Giersstraße, the approximately 2.37-hectare allotment garden "Sonnenstern" is being created, consisting of common areas and approximately 50 to 60 plots with sizes between approximately 125 and 350 m².

The goal is to create an ecological green space for private permanent allotment gardens in the Pankow district, which has particularly strong population growth, that combines community gardening and recreation.

On behalf of the State of Berlin (Pankow District Office of Berlin), we from the BBF Group are handling both building services and civil engineering work for the project. The electrical work has already been completed. Since August of this year, the civil engineering work has been running, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2025 or January 2026.
