Building Block for the Future: Our Visit to the Kick and Work Fair

In mid-January, we had the pleasure of participating in the Kick & Work Fair of Union Berlin in the Alte Försterei.

As the BBF Group, we were represented with a stand to inspire young people for an exciting apprenticeship in the construction industry. Whether structural engineering, civil engineering, garden and landscape construction, electrical engineering, or plant mechanic – we had the goal of sparking interest and discovering potential talents for our industry.
Our stand was a point of contact for many interested visitors who wanted to learn more about the exciting opportunities in the construction industry. From detailed insights into structural engineering to the versatility of civil engineering to the green world of garden and landscape construction – we had the opportunity to share our passion for construction professions.

Whether the visitors already had a clear idea of their career path or were still in the orientation phase – we were able to have individual conversations and point out the diverse training opportunities in our industry. Electrical engineering, for example, inspired with innovative projects, while plant mechanics stands for exciting tasks in the field of building services.
The fair offered not only the chance to meet potential apprentices but also to make valuable contacts with other companies and organizations. The exchange of ideas and experiences strengthened the connection within the construction industry and opened up new possibilities for future cooperation.
Our visit to the Kick & Work Fair was a complete success. The interest of young people in the construction industry was palpable, and we look forward to hopefully being able to accompany some of them on their training path. The fair offered not only a platform for information but also for inspiration and encounters that will positively shape the future of our industry.
