Description
Directly on Pieskower Chaussee, on the edge of the newly created residential settlement "Am Lärchengrund", two multi-family houses with a total of 24 apartments were built. Both houses were completed in 2022 and have already been rented. The living space concept is aimed at individuals, couples, and families.
House A is the northern house; accordingly, House B is the southern house. The floor plans of the apartments in both houses are identical, but House B has a 4-room apartment on the ground floor, unlike House A.
All apartments have a terrace or a balcony. The apartments on the ground floor are built barrier-free. The apartments on the upper and attic floors have balconies; these are mostly oriented to the west and east. Each apartment has a storage room within the residential unit.
Heating and hot water supply are provided by a heat pump in combination with underfloor heating.
Each apartment has a parking space. The parking spaces are arranged on the property and drained on the property. Green spaces and protective plantings are created around each residential building.
Location
The new construction project is located on the edge of the newly created settlement "Am Lärchengrund", approximately 2 km from the center of Bad Saarow. The most important shops for daily needs are also located in the center. It is only a few minutes walk to the relaxing Scharmützelsee. In addition to many opportunities for sports activities, the municipality is particularly convincing through its thermal baths, which are also reachable on foot.
Not to be forgotten is, of course, the Helios Clinic, which is only approximately 500 m away and has its own train station.
The special location of the project to the clinic in Bad Saarow, which is one of the largest employers in the area, and to the natural space, offers an incentive for people of any life situation. Furthermore, Bad Saarow is increasingly attracting permanent vacation seekers.
