We Build for ZECH Bau SE at Säntisstraße 95 in Berlin-Marienfelde

At Säntisstraße 95 in Berlin-Marienfelde, a new bus depot of Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe AöR (BVG) with administration building and underground garage, workshop hall, service hall, parking areas, and charging infrastructure for approximately 220 electric buses is being built until 2027 on a property area of approximately 66,000 square meters.
With the new construction, Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) is responding to the increasing number of passengers and the resulting growth of the bus fleet, which is to be operated completely decarbonized by the beginning of the 2030s. On behalf of ZECH Bau SE (ARGE BVG Säntis), we are realizing with BBF Tiefbau GmbH for the new depot the media development and the technical pipe network. With a clear focus on sustainability and electromobility, the project actively contributes to the mobility transition in Berlin.
