Successful Signing of the Contract for Renting the New Primary School in Zeuthen

The successful signing of the rental contract for the new construction of the Evangelical Primary School in Zeuthen by the board members of the Evangelical School Foundation in the EKBO – Frank Olie and Christina Lier – as well as Jesús Comesaña Macias – Managing Director of BBF Projekt GmbH – represents another milestone for the new construction project Winkel Mitte.

In Zeuthen, a two-track Evangelical Primary School with space for approximately 300 children is being built, complemented by an after-school care center and a modern gymnasium. The school building is being realized on an approximately 10,800 m² property in the residential area "Zeuthener Winkel Mitte", which is being developed by BBF Bau. The goal is to meet the growing demand for primary school places and qualitatively good education in the region.

With the signing of the rental contract, the contracting parties officially seal the long-term use of the new school building, which was planned by BBF Projekt. As the BBF Group, we are very pleased about the trust placed in us by the Evangelical School Foundation and look forward to realizing this important education project together with the school foundation.
