A Milestone – The Topping-Out Ceremony Schäferstege

After many months of intensive construction, we have reached a decisive step in this project. The roof truss is completed, and thus it was time for the classic topping-out ceremony. We are particularly pleased about this because the house in Schäferstege will not only be a residential building but also a multifunctional property that skillfully combines apartments and commercial spaces.
The topping-out ceremony marks a significant section; our construction workers have done great work, and we are grateful for every helping hand that has contributed to this.
To celebrate this appropriately, all participants and invited guests gathered on-site in Berlin-Pankow last week to toast together. After the topping-out speech was given and the topping-out crown, which was appropriately a decorated Christmas tree for the season, was presented, it was time for the cozy part.

A food truck provided all guests on-site with delicious food and cold as well as warm drinks. So we let the afternoon come to a close together with exciting conversations and one or another cup of mulled wine.
